Requesting an estimate

For a free, non-binding estimate, please send an e-mail to the address below with the document to be translated attached. Your consent is required for processing your personal data. Therefore, before you send us a request, please read the privacy policy carefully. In the text of the email by which you request an estimate, clearly state that you wish to give your consent to the data processing. We will answer as soon as possible.

Pricing

The cost varies depending on the complexity and the length of the document, as well as the urgency. The minimum order is one page, which is 1500 bytes (ANSI text format). This is almost equivalent to the traditional page of 1500 strokes (60 characters x 25 lines) used by other Italian translation agencies. Other factors that would affect the cost are the need for DTP or certified translation. In any case, the quote always reflects the price that the customer will pay. No hidden fees!

Order confirmation

Upon receiving the estimate, you can decide whether or not to confirm the order. As soon as we have your order confirmation via e-mail, we will begin to work on the translation and do our best to respect the deadline. We are aware of how important it is for our customers to get their translation as quickly as possible.

Delivery

We always send the translated document by e-mail in one of the following formats: Word, Excel, or PDF. You will receive our detailed payment instructions in the same email.

Payment method

Payment can only be made by wire transfer and must be completed within 1 week of receiving the translated documents. Once we will receive the payment, the official invoice in PDF format will be sent to you.

Additional services

Upon request, the translated document can be:

• Edited by Word or Adobe InDesign CS4.
• Signed by the translator and certified by a notary at the District Court of Pisa (Italy). You can choose to receive the document via certified mail, or via a trusted courier. This service requires an additional fee that will be specified in our initial estimate.
